We live in a country run by people who are farthest ahead, often at the expense of people who are farthest behind. A small fraction of society has gained unacceptable levels of influence over the prices we pay, the laws we follow, and the candidates we elect. If we do nothing, most Americans will experience a future where they work harder just to have less.
I’m running because America is ready for solutions that are big enough to meet the moment. Despite the many challenges we face, millions of Americans have found a new strength - each other. We are building a nation that embodies the will of its people, not the wealth of its corporations. Together, we will create an America that is equally committed to all of us.
